Having recently moved into an extended portion of the building we have assisted with the planning and operational design of the facility as a whole with a view to maximise the efficiency of the product 'flow' from delivery to the site and collection from the retailer.
The clients recently completed freezer installation is a large step forward within there new business model and we are delighted to have assisted in the design & execution of this new freezer (23 x 19 x 4.7 meters).
June 2021 - Following on from the initial freezer installation we have returned to site once again to replace the clients existing chill store with another bespoke refrigerated cold store. In this instance we have been appointed to supply and install a turnkey solution, providing insulated wall and ceiling panels, all refrigeration plant and specialist metal work forming external protection to base channels and balustrade to gable sliding door elevation. (11 m x 9.8 x 5.7 meters H - descending to 4.5m).
Blue have been commissioned by a wide range of bars and restaurants across Scotland, from simple cafés to super-pubs and exclusive dining establishments.
