Blue worked closely with the client and design team to achieve a cohesive M&E solution for this project, opting for ceiling mounted air conditioning to both heat and cool the restaurant areas.
Bespoke solutions for frozen and chilled food storage were also incorporated within our scope of works, in addition to a bespoke kitchen canopy extract system with our signature perforated face to allow air out.
