Carnevale is a family-run business which has been manufacturing mozzarella, ricotta and specialist Italian cheeses, meat products and fresh pasta in the UK since 1966.
We had been approached to provide specifications and costs for the supply and installation of suitable refrigeration plant, forming new 7 x 7 x 3M H Chill Store. Following the forming of the room the plant was installed and operating after 3 days.
Blue have been commissioned by a wide range of bars and restaurants across Scotland, from simple cafés to super-pubs and exclusive dining establishments.
