Following another referral we have been appointed to supply and install Air Conditioning Systems & Lossnay Air Handling Units with the clients refurbishment of an existing restaurant venue.
Initial discussions of refurbing the existing combination of small extensions, has progressed and resulted in the clearing of the site to make way for a large new single storey building extension which will form the new restaurant, kitchen, customer WC facilities and function area, with the entrance and bar areas to the existing front of house area.
We have liaised with the clients architect at length and offered bespoke mechanical solutions which will work alongside proposed interior design features with the use of linear grilles for both supply and extract air AHU, and larger single cassettes within each of the three restaurant zones which are positioned to suit ceiling coffers etc.
In addition have also installed a bespoke extract kitchen canopy with perforated face to form return supply air within the kitchen area and a single dishwash hood to dish washing zone.
Blue have been commissioned by a wide range of bars and restaurants across Scotland, from simple cafés to super-pubs and exclusive dining establishments.
