We had been contacted by the client following a recommendation with a view to providing installations of AC systems within the Partick offices, two large south facing offices had solar gain and loss issues in the summer and winter months and required supporting plant that could facilitate these issues.
The external area as a traditional tenement courtyard required planning consents as these spaces are not owned by the client and the area is overlooked by many residences. The result is an installation of two twin split mitsubishi Electric systems, the outdoor plant is compact and minimises the plant overlooked by tennents, the indoor office atreas have two cassettes per spce, laid into an existing ceiling grid.
In order to minimise disruption to the client all works had been installed over a bank holiday weekend.
