The Piersland House Hotel have been a valued client for 15 years, this beautiful listed building has offered many problems with installations over the years as the interior is also listed, therefore plant installations require approval, but we have worked very closely with the client to ensure that all installations are considered during the selection process.
Principally we have allowed for mechancical extract within the kitchen areas, Cellar Cooling and many cabinet sales over the years, whilst offering the client a substancial maintenance contract to ensure that plant breakdown's where kept to a minimum; as preventative maintenace is proven to maximise efficiency's and reduce calls to site for plant failure.
Blue have been commissioned by a wide range of bars and restaurants across Scotland, from simple cafés to super-pubs and exclusive dining establishments.
