Our client had requested decommissioning of existing redundant plant to allow for the installation of KME 175-6L & HMC-V6-ZF41KE-TFD system, and with minimal disruption to the existing factory operations a critical factor, we have worked very closely with operations & maintenance managers to ensure the transition was a smooth one.

Installation of new plant to existing cold stores, to existing factory.
The client had requested a solution to remove two existing cold stores from a failing pack, our solution to each is an installation on a Searle KME70-4L evaporator paired with a Danfoss MPXM162 Condensing unit to each of the two cold stores. The difficulty with this installation is the natural evolution of the site, which is made up with multi adjoined buildings and multiple pitches roofs, difficulty with access to an existing working live site and with most of the works being carried out during out of hours working.
This project has been challenging, but with with works due to be completed within a two week period and with no disruption to production I’m confident that we have successfully fulfilled our brief.
