This building is purpose built and designed by an award winning architect and features a visitors centre to the ground floor with the full 1st floor area designated to Restaurant and Bar space. With one fully glazed elevation, capitalising on views across the Clyde.
This venue conforms to the same mechanical model as previous installations: Kitchen Canopy extract and supply systems, AC & Ventilation systems, Cellar Cooling and bespoke purpose built cold store solutions.
