We have a long history with Fresco Foods, and have completed previous installations of both Freezer and Chill stores in there existing warehouse.
Having recently moved into an extended portion of the building we have assisted with the planning and operational management of the facitity as a whole with a view to maximise the efficiency of the product 'flow' from delivery to the site and collection from the retailer.
The facility is a harge step forward within there new business model and we are delighted to have assisted in the design & execution of this new freezer (23 x 19 x 4.7 meters).
Blue have been commissioned by a wide range of bars and restaurants across Scotland, from simple cafés to super-pubs and exclusive dining establishments.
